Welcome to the Dance4Ever Family!

Dance4Ever is an institute that offers multiple dance styles, including Bollywood, Kathak, Hip-Hop, Classical, Bhangra, and more, for students ages 4 and above to adults. We provide numerous performance platforms for our students, including Cultural events, Community events, Bollywood celebrity Shows, Disney performances, Competitions, and much more.

However, to participate in any of these performances, a student MUST be an active and current student of Dance4Ever.

• Student placement: Student placement is based on a few factors, such as age, evaluation of their understanding of dance techniques, and years of dance experience. We believe in building these kids rather than pushing them to break.

• Tuition & Registration: One-time non-refundable Registration fee of $50. Tuition is due 10 calendar days before the due date. Options for payments: Zelle, Venmo, Cash, Check, Credit Cards (Make sure payments are paid with the name of the student). We accept all major credit cards. (Note: Credit cards have an additional 2.5% fee)

• Late fee: There is a late fee $25 for any tuition paid after the due date. The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Re-Registration: If you take a break in between a session, a hold can be applied to the account and tuition can be rolled over. But if you discontinue, the admission will be cancelled, and a re-registration fee will be applied at the time of re-admission.

• Account Hold Policy: If you want to put your account on hold for a month or more , you must email us at vdance4ever@gmail.com at least 10 days before the start of that month. Eg, If you want to hold your account  from July 1st then you should inform by June 20th via email.

• Make-Up Class Policy: If you will miss a class, you must inform your teacher at least 24 hours in advance via text. Only then will you be eligible for a make-up class.

• # Three Ways to Take a Make-Up Class:

• 1. You can attend the same batch class at any of our other locations.

• 2. Dance4Ever offers various extra classes where you only pay a costume fee or participation if required but you are not charged extra for the choreography or the extra dance sessions such as cultural events (Ramayan, Janmashtami), celebrity shows (like in the past we did Badshah, Nora Fatehi, Hrithik Roshan), and extra rehearsals for competitions or any such activities. In these sessions, a new and separate choreography taught outside your regular class. These are also considered make-up sessions since

• 3. Our regular monthly schedule consists of 4 classes in a month. In months that have a 5th week, this additional week is also considered a complimentary bonus or make-up session for school holidays or any missed classes. 

• Note: 

• i. Make-up classes can be taken in advance (before you miss a class) or after missing a class. 

• ii. The 5th week is considered as make-up classes for holidays, school closure days, or days when you miss your regular class

• Bollywood Workout Make-Up: These are 18 consecutive sessions for 18 weeks. If you miss any of these classes on your regular day, you make it up by attending another session at any of our locations. However, these 18 sessions must be finished within your 18 weeks of sign up.

• Class and Holiday Schedule: Schedule is published on the school website as well as posted in the announcement group. Kindly refer to the same as needed.

• Uniforms: Dance wear is required for all classes, and all students must attend in their official Dance4Ever T-shirts. This uniform is mandatory not only for classes but also for performances and competitions. Students should wear comfortable, form-fitting dance attire that allows for easy movement and clearly shows body alignment. Outfits such as skirts, dresses, and jeans are not recommended. Proper dance shoes are required at all times; slippers, sandals, and Crocs are strictly not allowed. Additionally, hair must be neatly tied for every class to maintain discipline and ease of movement.

• Costume / Accessories Fees: Costumes are given on a rental basis and must be returned within a week. Costume fees are due prior to receiving the costume. Any additional fees from the costume rental due to damage / loss to the costume caused during the rental period when the costume is in the student's procession will be passed on to the student. Costumes are rented and prices will vary. Costume fees and performance fees are non-refundable. Please consult for any clarifications.

• Refunds and Transfers: If at any time a student has to drop out or leave a regular class or performance, fee and costume rental are non-refundable. If a student withdraws from a class or performance, all fees and costume rentals are non-refundable and non-transferable, including for classes, events, and school fees. For breaks, fees will be held for up to 2 months. After this, they will be shifted to future months. If the break exceeds 2 months, re-enrollment is required, and fees will not be refunded or transferred. All classes will restart from the beginning with no refunds for prior payments.

• Emergency Closures: If the weather is bad, please check the WhatsApp announcement group.
  Note: Sometimes the streets are clear by class time even if other activities are closed, so be sure to check. We will make up any classes missed due to the studio closing.

• Contact Info: Please keep us informed of any address, phone, and/or email changes so that we can notify you of emergency closings, studio activities, etc.

• Drop-Off and Pick-Up Policy: Parents must ensure their children are dropped off and picked up on time. Our Dance School, its instructors, or volunteers are not responsible for the supervision of children outside of their scheduled class times. It is imperative that parents adhere to this policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.

I, the undersigned individual/company, agree to waive all rights relative to the transmission and publication of all images recorded on any media by Dance4Ever LLC or its assigns, for the sole use by Dance4Ever LLC. I agree that these images may be used for the intended publication, promotion, marketing, print advertisement, school website, newspaper articles,  newsletters, and any other requirements of the company.

All negatives, prints, and electronic files recorded by Dance4Ever LLC, shall be the sole property of Dance4Ever, and no other use of the images shall be permitted without the express written consent of Dance4Ever LLC.
 

*Medical Liability Waiver*

 

Dance classes can be strenuous at times and it is recommended that all participants carry personal health and accident insurance. In the event of an injury or illness, Dance4Ever is not responsible for any medical expenses that might be incurred.

Should any accident or illness occur while I am participating in a Dance4Ever-sponsored activity, I acknowledge that I am personally responsible for any medical expenses that might be incurred.

I do hereby authorize Dance4Ever to permit the performance of medical examination and necessary treatments (including tests, x-rays, medicine, etc) as may be deemed necessary by the physician in attendance. The consent shall be in effect for the period of time that my son/daughter is enrolled as a student in Dance4Ever. If any emergency arises requiring a major surgical procedure, the program will attempt to reach me and be guided by my wishes. If I cannot be reached, I authorize the attending physician to act as medical judgment may dictate.
